Our market is returning to “normal.”  What normal means for Bozeman may feel different than normal elsewhere, but data speaks for itself.  We try to digest “normal” every day and have learned to be adaptive.

The prices in Gallatin Valley are still stiff and with rising rates, getting our first-time home buyers into a single-family dwelling is still difficult.  We wish it was easier.
